- • Own and manage the sales process from inspection to final invoice
- • Meet with homeowners and assist them through the insurance claim process
- • Conduct roof inspections and prepare accurate project estimates
- • Coordinate and oversee residential roofing and repair projects
- • Crush sales goals and build lasting relationships with clients
- • Self-motivated, outgoing, and ready to hustle
- • Comfortable with sales, knocking doors, and closing deals
- • Strong communication and project coordination skills• Experience in roofing, insurance claims, or construction is a HUGE plus
- • Comfortable climbing ladder and walking on roofs
- • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- • Uncapped commission + bonus potential

Pay: $50,000 – $300,000 per year
